General Manager
I joined Cosmic People in September 2014 and am the General Manager. I love the varied nature of my role and feel grateful to be part of an effective team who make a real difference every day to the students whom we support. My role is a mix of supporting Cosmic People work colleagues, as well as managing my own external team of Mentors and Tutors. I play a large part in recruiting new members of staff and I work hard to ensure that the individuals we employ have the same passion for equality in education as we do.
I believe I have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude, and always throw myself into a challenge. I work efficiently, and take pride in the work that I produce. I am organised, systematic, and work well under pressure. I get a huge sense of achievement in my role and still find myself learning something new every day.
I am proud to be part of the Cosmic People team, and feel grateful to have a career which I feel extremely passionate about and look forward to each day.
